MY STORY
Before real estate, I was already creating content online and working with brands. After I had my daughter, I started posting more mom and lifestyle content and one of my videos ended up hitting over 5 million likes
But even with that, I still felt this pressure in the back of my mind that I wanted something BIGGER financially. Something real. Something I could build long term for myself and my daughter.
And for some reason… real estate just stayed on my mind.
Then once I started seeing it on my TikTok For You Page, I became obsessed almost instantly and it on after that
I remember sitting in a parking lot with my card ready searching for a real estate school online and buying my course on the spot for almost $500. I spent months taking the course while waiting to turn 18 so I could finally take my exam.
And when I finally took it?
I failed.
The crazy part is I genuinely thought I was READY. I was studying ALL day. Nights, mornings, random hours… nonstop. PrepAgent, crash courses, flashcards, Maggie videos… literally everything people recommended.
But the actual exam felt completely different from the way I studied.
I even shadowed brokers while I was learning and they would casually tell me they passed on the first try 😭 meanwhile I’m sitting there thinking “there is NO way this test is easy.”
After every failed attempt, I would walk out replaying every single question in my head. Before I even left the parking lot, I started writing down everything I could remember from the test room. At home I would still randomly remember wording, concepts, trick questions… all of it.
It honestly became an obsession.
Not because I doubted myself… but because I KNEW I could pass.
Every single time I pulled up to the testing center I’m thinking:
“this could be my time.”
I wasn’t discouraged. I was overwhelmed.
Overstudying. Overthinking. Spending money over and over just trying to get through the FIRST step so I could finally start making money in real estate 😭
Looking back, I genuinely don’t even know how I kept booking those exams, but I did. Over and over again.
7 failed attempts and over $700 in exam fees later, everything finally started clicking.
By my last exam, even though the location was different, I started noticing the SAME concepts, same wording patterns, same question styles showing up again. At that point, I wasn’t even nervous anymore 😭 I was actually excited to walk into the exam room because I finally understood the test instead of just memorizing random material.
And when I finally passed?
I remember driving off thinking:
“yeah… we’re going out to eat tonight.” 😭
I finally felt like I could breathe.
But honestly, I didn’t even celebrate long because I was READY to get active. I immediately started finding the right brokerage, getting set up, learning the business, and actually putting myself in position to start closing deals.
2 months later, I started getting listings and closing transactions. And that’s when it really hit me:
There are SO many people sitting exactly where I used to sit.
Overwhelmed. Studying nonstop. Spending money over and over just trying to get through the FIRST step before they can even start building the life they want through real estate.
And I couldn’t stand the thought of leaving all my notes, flashcards, and remembered exam patterns sitting in a notebook doing nothing.
So I built Arri Digitals.
Not just to help people pass an exam, but to help people finally move FORWARD.
Seeing people pass using my study guides honestly means more to me than the money ever could. Every review, every message, every “I PASSED” screenshot means everything to me because I know exactly what that feeling feels like.
Real estate completely changed my life, and I truly want other people to experience that too.
This brand was never just about passing a test.
It’s about freedom, opportunity, confidence, and helping people finally get started 🤍
